Turning Point

Joanne has finally turned the corner in terms of her healing. We discovered on Friday that she had become very dehydrated from the GI infection, so she received IV fluids on Friday, Saturday and today. She now feels so much stronger and finally has an appetite! This has been a very sucky weight loss program.

I finished leading Reset for Excellence tonight, and Joanne requested that I bring home a Papa Murphy's veggie pizza. I have never been so excited about bringing home a take and bake pizza - you'd think I was transporting the Hope diamond.

Many thanks to Jerry Horner, Cindy Brooks and Rev. Jenn for driving Joanne to the hospital on Friday and Saturday while I was in Reset. Today she actually drove herself - a big milestone! So, we're looking forward to two weeks of increasing strength before her next chemo treatment.

Well now, this report sounds great! Yes, I did have the honor of sharing some mexi-nuggets on the way home from the hospital Friday afternoon with Ms. Joanne and it was wonderful to see her looking good and enjoying herself...and Papa Murphys' is always a good call.
Carne asada for everyone!!(lol)
Peace,
Jerry Horner

Dear Ones,

I'm just home, feeling, I would much imagine, like you, Janet, after RESET . . . OK. Maybe not: I'm sure beat, but it was an awesome weekend full of new insights into why I feel called so strongly upon my path, and though tired, I'm exhilarated. I've tapped a Mother Lode of sorts, and I'm filled with gratitude.

How lovely it is to be smiling through my exhaustion at 12:34 a.m., in celebration of the hydration victory you've had Joanne. AAAAAAhhhh. Great, great news! Hope the pizza was pleasing to you . . .

I've got a stone I picked up at the beach the day we knitted on your Prayer Shawl. It's got your name on it Joanne, and I carry it with me along with a stone that Z gave me on my birthday in early May. It's black and smoothed by the ceaseless rocking of the water throughout time, and it wanted me to take it and keep it until it was time for you to have it.

I carried it with me all weekend, as I carried you in my heart and thoughts. Surely you got some residual light and information, but in what form it manifests, I cannot tell you. I just know that it felt right to have your stone and thoughts of you with me for this healing seminar. Now, it's nothing like the lovely heart stone that was also found at the beach that day that is now in your possession, but it feels just as delicious and meaningful.

Welcome home, Janet. I rejoice and celebrate with you, and give you thanks for helping me gain clarity on my path as we shared Reset and Breakthrough. Congratulations for another blessed experience for all, and setting in motion a tweaking in another's life.

Big hugs to you both. I'm off to slumber, and Z says tonight is Lego Land for our dream land destination. Might meet you there???? Bless you both, Tess

Ace -- good call on the pizza! I'm very glad to see you're back to your old self. :) (And you know, a girl can't go wrong with raw pizza either....)

Missing you and loving you both,
Ace

Congratulations on jumping this hurdle. You are both strong, wise and determined. You can't go wrong with that and Pizza is a just reward for your efforts. Love and Happy Thoughts to you both.
