Tribute to Bennie

Another one-way journey to the vet's - another tearful, painful good-bye. After so many good-byes to pets, it doesn't get any easier, even when it is the right decision. Such is the price for loving.

Ben was special - he was the first kitten Joanne and I adopted together when she moved in 14 years ago. He was a battle-scarred protector, lover, mother/father to many siblings, and master cuddler.

Right now, it feels like my heart cannot hold any more sorrow. So, it's time for some dancing, laughing and bike riding. Joanne and I continue to live one day at a time.

Bennie's a handsome . . . Our hearts our with you as you set him free. He knows your love and that you wish him only peace. Big love to you both, and to your family.

Red and white cells are marching into place and calling more into being, perfectly functional and happily caring for your well-being, Joanne, in just the right amount . . .

Friday is near and I have faith you will receive good info from ND and results from your next test.

Bless you both,
Tess and Z

I am sad to hear about Bennie. They do so wiggle their way into a heart, don't they? Sending puppy kisses and bounces though we know they aren't the same as a purring kitty in your lap.

May the dancing, laughing and love roll through your home in healing waves.

Hugs,
Jenn, Rob and Tiika

Our love and hugs to you both, and to the rest of your little critters. Ben was such a lovely little guy!

We sure pray and visualize those cells bouncing back and giving you the results you need!

Love and hugs.
Cindy, Sheila and critters

I don't have anything clever or helpful to say today, other than to let you know you are both in my thoughts.
Take care.

Chin's up ladies! Bennie was doing what comes natural, as I suspect he always has. You two must now decide what comes natural for you...Friday. Stay focused. You can do this.

I see you.

Dear Joanne and Janet, I received my Full Circle today and found your blog listed there. Have spent the last hour reading your postings and the comments left by loving friends. Though I am far away in the People's Republic of Berkeley, I want you to know that I will join with the others who are lighting candles and visualizing healthy cells. God has blessed you with so many angels to look over you, and they will be there in the days, weeks and months ahead. For all the times you have been angels to others, remember that you have earned the right to be on the receiving end!

I can't help but think that Bennie now has God's ear and will whisper good things about both of you. How could God possibly resist his loving overtures? Rest peacefully, Bennie.

With healing thoughts and much love,
Kathy Seibert

Benn-O will be missed. My tears and love mix together, memories and sighs and hopes. Fly safely, Bennie....

And as I sit here in yet another hotel (vibes from Wisconsin today!), I wonder how the ND appointment went and what other possible solutions exist.

I'm working to swap out some of my trips to be there with you for a few days mid-July, Ace!

With much love and warmth,
Ace
